Dr. Ruth Baskerville

​       Dr. Ruth L. Baskerville is Founder and CEO of WAVERLY’S WAY, providing educational enhancement for struggling students from K-12 through the level of Doctorate.    

      Her motto is “Educational Access to the American Dream for Every 1.” She has enjoyed 45 years in public school education, serving as teacher and administrator K-12, and directors of human resources/personnel and curriculum/staff development. 

     She earned her Doctorate in Educational Administration and Supervision from Seton Hall University, NJ, and has held Principal and Chief School Administrator certifications in NJ, FL and GA., winning dozens of awards for excellence in education and community service.

     Dr. Ruth is a member of Central Florida Writers and Publishers Guild, Inc., Florida Writers Association, Florida Authors & Publishers Association, African-American Chamber of Commerce, Coming to the Table (CTTT), Our Legacy Organ, Tissue Donation Center, and Watchmen on the Wall Prayer Warriors.

      Besides being an award-winning published author of HOODLESS KLAN, FINDING HUMOR IN GRIEF and BEAUTY FOR ASHES: Mourning to Morning, Dr. Ruth is an inspirational speaker, editor, ghostwriter and tutor. She lives in Central Florida, but loves to visit her four grandchildren in Atlanta.
